Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 375˚
  2. Using Cornhusker Kitchen’s Gourmet Duck Fat Cooking Oil Spray, lightly spray a layer onto a cookie sheet
  3. Spread raw almonds onto cookie sheet
  4. Lightly spray almonds with Gourmet Duck Fat Spray
  5. Sprinkle rosemary and Mediterranean sea salt on almonds
  6. Roast for 8 to 10 minutes
  7. Mix almonds, and roast for another 6 to 7 minutes
  8. Remove from oven when the almonds begin to darken
  9. Remove almonds from cookie sheet and spread out to cool
