  1. Preheat oven to 400˚
  2. Roll out puff pastry and cut into rectangles.
  3. Cut the rectangles diagonally, making a triangle
  4. Sprinkle cinnamon on puff pastry to taste
  5. Put a spoonful of Nutella on the puff pastry triangles
  6. Roll pastry triangles into croissant shape
  7. Lightly spray baking sheet with Gourmet Duck Fat Spray
  8. Place croissants on baking sheet and spray Gourmet Duck Fat Spray on top for the ultimate golden-flaky croissant.
  9. Bake at 400˚ for approximately 15 minutes or until golden and puffy.
  10. Sprinkle powered sugar on top to taste
