  2. Rinse and dry chicken legs
  3. Spray chicken with Gourmet Duck Fat Spray
  4. Seasoning chicken, mixing with hands*
  5. Lightly spray Duck Fat Spray on a pan
  6. Place chicken pieces in the pan and bake for 45 minutes, turning the pieces over half way through
