Main Dishes
Smoky, sticky, fall-off-the-bone ribs — made healthier with Duck Fat Spray instead of seed oils. A simple dry rub, a slow cook, and a sweet-tangy glaze give these ribs a glossy bark and big flavor, no bitterness even at high heat. Perfect for your next cookout, proving healthier cooking never has to mean less delicious.

Ingredients
2 racks baby back ribs
Duck Fat Spray
2 tbsp brown sugar
1 tbsp smoked paprika
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
Your favorite BBQ sauce
Directions
Remove the membrane from the back of the ribs. Spray both sides generously with Duck Fat Spray.
Mix all dry rub ingredients together and coat both sides of the ribs evenly. Let rest 30 minutes (or overnight for deeper flavor).
Grill on indirect heat at 225–250°F for 3–4 hours. Spray with Duck Fat Spray every hour to keep them moist and building that perfect bark.
Crank the heat, brush with BBQ sauce, and grill direct for 10–15 minutes until caramelized and slightly charred.
Let rest 10 minutes before cutting. Fall-off-the-bone guaranteed.
