This Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad is the perfect way to savor the flavors of late summer. Juicy grilled peaches, creamy burrata, fresh tomatoes, peppery arugula, and basil come together with a finishing touch of Cornhusker Kitchen Gourmet Balsamic Vinegar Spray for a fresh, flavorful dish that's perfect for August.

Ingredients
3 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
8 oz burrata
4 cups arugula
ÂĽ cup fresh basil leaves
ÂĽ cup toasted pecans or walnuts
Cornhusker Kitchen Gourmet Balsamic Vinegar Spray
Olive oil
Flaky sea salt
Freshly cracked black pepper
Directions
Preheat the grill to medium-high heat. Lightly brush the cut sides of the peaces with olive oil.
Place peaches cut-side down on the grill and cook for about 3-4 minutes, until softened slightly with visible grill marks. Flip and grill for another 2 minutes.
Arrange the arugula on a serving platter and top with cherry tomatoes, grilled peaches, torn burrata, basil, and toasted nuts.
Lightly season with flaky salt and freshly cracked black pepper.
Finish the entire salad with an even mist of Balsamic Vinegar Spray.
Serve immediately while the peaches are still slightly warm.
